Delays are extremely upsetting and annoying. Trust us, we feel the same way and sometimes our patience can get the best of us. Delays may be subject to various reasons. Ranging from production delays, international shipping delays, payment delays by your bank, and more. To mitigate most of the common delays we usually strive to have adequate inventory on hand to satisfy orders within 7-10 days from order placement. Recent demand however makes it challenging to build up any inventory and we are satisfying orders as they are received from the factory. You can trust that we are trying to fulfill your order in the fastest way possible.

All orders delivered that have not been removed from the original packaging may be returned for a refund. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the time of delivery. Not all products are made in the USA. We would love to support sales of locally manufactured exercise equipment, most customers are either not willing, or not able to afford Made in America prices.
Although relatively simple, the racks do require a basic level of mechanical inclination to ensure correct assembly. If you already know that furniture assembly is not your strong suit, then we recommend adding assembly help with your purchase.
Nope, we are not. Drop-shipping is a retail fulfillment method where a store doesn’t keep the products it sells in stock. Instead, when a store sells a product using the drop shipping model, it purchases the item from a third party and has it shipped directly to the customer. We usually keep sufficient inventory in stock, as far as demand allows us too.
